I'm a country girl born and bred. Been fishing since I was old enough to walk to the pond by myself. We used to catch sun perch on naked hooks. My husband and love to Crappie fish year round.

Been married to the same man for 38 years. We have two sons that started hunting with their Dad at an early age. I began hunting with him when the boys got girl crazy, but have recently really put my heart into it. I haven't gotten my wall hanger yet but have put meat on the table.

I had a real bad case of "buck fever" this past winter and missed the big one at 25 yards. But I will keep hunting and one day...
