Hey all-

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I got a job out in good ole Maryland working with all of yours' favorite company....W.L Gore (they make Gore-Tex). I actually work with their medical division but that's besides the point. (I was able to steal about 15 yards of Gore-Tex fabric with the dark army digital camo on it though)

I need to find some Muskie fishing out here otherwise I'll go crazy. Through research I found that Pennsylvania has a bit of fishing, but I can't get a lot of details. (I probably just suck at internet searching) My uncle mentioned that the Muskies Inc website had listings of all the lakes and info on each one, but alas he isn't a member anymore.

So basically I'm wondering if someone is willing and could help me find some places to fish (or contacts). You don't need to do all the work, just point me in the right direction. Otherwise I'm going to have to find some old men to get in with to do some Striped Bass fishing on the Chesapeake Bay. (I don't want to resort to that)

I live in Elkton, MD (basically as far NE in the state as you can get) and I want to find some quality musks around the area. I'll be looking too, but if anyone has some advice it would be much appreciated.

Also I'm looking into getting in to some waterfowl hunting (I hear it's good out here?) Never done any, so if any tips or estranged family that wants a hunting partner, let me know. I'm probably going to get a dog and train it well in the near future if that helps???

Well, I hope everyone is having the time of their life in the best couple states in the entire universe. (Trust me, Wisc/Minn is the best place in the world and I've been a lot of places) Good luck crushing the Musks, Eyes, Craaps...whatever. Think of me often in my industrialized hell hole. :)

If anyone comes up with anything I'd be willing to ship a bit of that fabric :)

Later,

Tyler

Tyler....too bad to hear you are not around the prime waters anymore. This work stuff always gets in the way of hunting and fishing. I put together some links below about muskie in that area. Hope they can at least lead you in the right direction. Can't say I'm much help in reagrds to hunting opps., but maybe someone else can be.

Hope to hear some updates from the east coast from ya. I have been spending more time lately on updating the site, so within the next few months before the walleye season kicks in, the site should have some cool new features...stay tuned.

Thanks Vinny.

I think I am going to check out the next Muskies Inc meeting and try to network a bit. It's over 2 hours away, but hell, it's at a Cabela's so I can't go wrong, right?

I'll try to keep the faith and get in with the big lunks. I'm sure that I will soon be telling you all of all the great fishing in my area. :)
