Well, the Sun and Moon Rise/Transit/Set is pretty self explanatory as I would also think the moon phase and illumination are straight forward. If not, reply back to let me know. The most useful portions of the tables in my opinion are the good and excellent activity times. These are the times that are of highest game activity and you should focus on these times when hunting or fishing. You most active times for fish and game are most always around sun up and sun down, but other factors can be involved which these tables take into consideration. The day rating is just a rating out of 5 for the quality of action on that day. So, a 5 star day is the best day to be hunting/fishing. Factors such as weather for that day or previous/upcoming days should also be considered. As for the legend. If there is a (p) or a (n) next to the time that means that that timeframe overlaps days. Either the previous day or the next. (r) mean that the moon doesn't rise that day -- we all know the sun does :-) The same goes for (s) with the moon not setting that day.
