Ingredients:
2 pounds venison
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 quart of peanut oil
2 cups all purpose flour

amount added based personal preference:
salt
hot sauce
garlic or onion powder
spicy mustard

Trim off any fat from venison and cut into 1" x 4" inch strips.
Marinate meat strips in Worcestershire sauce for 45 minutes.
Fill pan halfway with oil and heat to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour,salt,hot sauce,garlic or onion powder.
Roll meat into flour and fry on oil until strips are a golden brown.
Serve with spicy mustard
