Grilled Venison Chops
20 venison chops 12 oz can or bottle of your favorite Beer 1 large diced Onion 4 sticks of butter 2 oz Garlic diced garlic salt pepper
Wrap venison chops, beer, onion, garlic and butter in tin foil(in the form of a cup) just making sure that leakage will not occur. Each time you turn over venison chops, sprinkle on some garlic salt and pepper. When venison chops are cooked to your liking, remove from foil and place back on grill with some more sprinkles of garlic salt and pepper. Eat when ready!
