Yeah, I would say that is good size! Anything over 12 inches is a really nice crappie. Congrats on the catch!

That is a really good crappie. I have caught 1 a little over 3 pounds. My step dad caught one that was 3.8#.

Yessir I would take a livewell full of those anyday..Not a huge one, but definitely nice. my personal best is 17.5 in. and 3.17 lbs..Problem was I caught her in February and her eggs werent that developed yet. If she would have been closer to the spawn then bingo, close to four lbs..
