Ingredients :
1 lb ground venison
1 can green beans
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz large egg noodles
1 cup shredded cheese ( type of cheese your choice )
1-2 tablespoons of minced garlic
miscellaneous seasoning of your choice
1 cup of red wine or marsalla wine (optional)

In a 10" pan, brown the ground venison, seasoning, minced garlic, and wine. (if adding wine, let sit for 5 mins before browning. While meat is browning, boil egg noodles as directed on package. In a 13x9 casserole dish, put browned meat in bottom (if a lot of juice left after browning, drain some), next spread the green beans (after draining) on top of meat. then add the boiled egg noodles. Spread the can of tomato soup over the noodles, then the mushroom soup. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake in oven at 350 for 25 mins.

If you are taking it somewhere, bake for only 20 mins, it will continue to cook to desired doneness while in transit. You can also use this recipe for ground beef,or ground pork. Also can substitute the vegetable or the soups to change it up from time to time.
