i've been hunting a small farm that was really good back in rifle season, however sence the soy and corn has been harvested the deer have become alot less active during daylight. we've seen deer out in the cut corn, but not untill well after dark when we pull in the night before a hunt. i've tried to ambush them in a staging area before sunset but i can't seem to figure out when and were they are entering the field. i think they have switched to nightime feeding because of heavy hunting pressure during rifle season. any ideas or tactics that could help?
