I think a lot of places are swarming with deer these days, but up in northern Wisconsin we are seeing a lot fewer deer this gun season. The DNR says we can kill as many as we want to basically, but the deer are lot less prevalent than in past years and it's been on a slow decline.

Anyways, my party has 13 deer thus far, I have added 2 of them with a 7-pointer and a doe. So far I am tied with another guy for the buck pot, but I'm sure someone will come up with a nicer buck. The thing is that we haven't hardly let anything go at all because it is so scarce.

So hopefully, if anyone on this site hunts Wisconsin, they are doing better.
